In order to find harmony between the kitchen and brewery we create beer focused on the seasons. Although we lean towards farmhouse styles, just as we do in the kitchen, we do not limit ourselves creatively to one method and explore all styles that will further the relationship between beer and food.

Our four core beers are

Tig, a Belgian-style farmhouse ale (3.3% abv)
Bo, a classic Belgian-style saison (6.1% abv)
Trudy, a dortmunder export lager (5.6% abv)
Otis, a west coast IPA (6.9% abv)
